Order & Shipping Info

ORDER INFORMATION 

Due to each individual item being handpainted, variations will occur in the products you receive. The items shown in the product photos are not the specific items you will receive unless stated.

As items are made from natural resources, minor natural imperfections may be present from time to time. These are not classed as faulty products and we feel it adds character to each individual piece.

Products are labelled as "ready to send" if they are currently in stock. These items are usually dispatched within 3 working days from the purchase.

All personalised orders and products labelled as "made to order" have a completion time between 2-3 weeks from the order being placed. In some cases this may be sooner but please allow for the maximum length of time given. Please also allow for the courier delivery time being additional to the completion time provided.

If by chance the order is required sooner, please ensure that this is discussed and agreed upon prior to placing and paying for the order.

Purchases which include both "ready to send" AND "made to order" items will be dispatched for delivery or pick up ONLY once the "made to order" item(s) is complete. If these are to be received separately, then separate purchases should be made to suit. This would involve an additional shipping cost.

SHIPPING

Product prices exclude shipping.

We offer a standard tracked courier service within New Zealand for an additional $5 per order. This includes delivery to rural addresses also.

You should recieve an email update regarding your order once it is complete and ready to be sent (or picked up if you are local).

Your parcel is expected to take up to 3 working days to reach you from the time it is ready for collection (this excludes rural delivery which usually takes longer).

Unfortunately we are unable to offer International shipping at this time. 

PICK UP

Pick up is accepted for orders placed within the Timaru area ONLY. 

To arrange pick up of an order, please select the Pick Up option at checkout and we will be in contact via email once your order has been placed.

CUSTOM COLOUR COMBINATIONS & ORDERS 

Your custom colour requests are welcome. We use the wide range of Resene colours specifically from the "Kids Colour Range". If you're looking for something specific to match a colour theme, please feel free to contact us, we'd love to help!
